Our Pack-in/Pack-out policy is VERY SIMPLE and is rooted in RESPECT for your fellow musicians.
Pack-In
Our goal is to ensure that you will have access to your booked studio promptly at the selected session start time. Accordingly, the following Pack-Out policy shall apply:
Pack-Out
10 minutes before scheduled session end-time – Start packing up
5 minutes before scheduled session end time – Vacate studio to allow staff to prep for next booking
Staff will do their best to provide a 10-minute heads-up until your session end-time. It is your responsibility however to keep track of time and adhere to the posted timelines.
(N.B. Whenever possible, if there is no booking immediately following your session staff may use their discretion to allow extra time to wrap up your session.)
Damage Waiver
Aside from normal wear and tear, the client and/or any person(s) in his/her group (collectively the ‘Client’) shall be liable for any damages to the property of Record Runner Rehearsal Studios Inc. caused by the Client’s negligence or willful conduct.
